I was absolutely blown away by how clean and welcoming this restaurant was! To start, we were greeted with exceptional service from Benjamin who started us out with warm hand towels, with a subtle lavender smell, to clean our hands, and then were presented a simple, yet unique menu featuring delicious looking apps, hand rolls, skewers, sandos, and a small selection of nigiris. Upon Benjamins recommendations, I opted for the salmon miso and the kani butter hand rolls. We were also presented with three different types of soy sauces, one being regular soy sauce, the second being a made in house yuzu soy, and I unfortunately forgot the last one. But, the yuzu soy was the soy sauce to use as it complimented the rolls extremely well. The chefs in the middle presented each hand roll on our designated plates, as the seating is more sushi bar style, and each hand roll was deliciously crafted. The salmon miso had this delicious, light citrus profile that complimented the fish well, and didn't over power the flavor of the fish itself. The nori wrapping was perfectly crisp, and he sushi rice wasn't overly vinegary. The kani butter was phenomenal as well. While, I don't usually eat soy paper,

had such a great experience here! the food was delicious, fresh, and everything we ordered came out really good. The service made the experience even better. Benjamin was our waiter and he was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal! will definitely be back. 😊

This place was excellent! As with any new restaurant they are still trying to figure out the kinks of things but so far everything was really good. My favorite was the Suzuki Tempura and the Wagyu sando medium rare

Loved the concept and the food was amazing. Ricardo took amazing care of us. The skewers are so tender and the short rib falls apart. I loved the Kani butter hand roll as well as the hamachi serrano as well. Don’t forget about the taka taka cookie at the end for dessert! What an experience! Will definitely be back!

Satori is truly an experience for all the senses. Every bite brings the flavors to life — the kind of food that seems to wake up every taste bud and every saliva gland at once. 🤤 From the Wagyu sando to the skewers and everything I tried, the flavors were incredible, balanced, and memorable. Maximiliano made the customer service just as impressive. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special from beginning to end. And the atmosphere… absolutely beautiful. 🇯🇵 The warm wood, Japanese décor, masks, open bar seating, and attention to detail genuinely made me feel like I had stepped into a little piece of Japan. What I loved most is that Satori doesn’t just serve Japanese food — they create an entire experience around it. Beautiful atmosphere, exceptional service, and food that makes you stop for a second after the first bite because it’s THAT good.
